Urgent Specialists, and its team of Orthopedic Physicians, is pleased to highlight its first athlete in its Star Athlete Series.
Macy Schelp, a Junior at Lutheran South High School, and a resident of Kirkwood, Missouri, is Urgent Specialists’ pick for Female All Star Athlete.
Macy is not only unique in that she is a three sport Varsity Athlete, but she is an All State Varsity Runner in Cross Country and Track, as well as a Varsity Basketball player.
Highschool Highlights:
Macy Schelp tied for The Metro League Runner of the Year, winning the Gans Creek Cross Country Classic this year, as well as Border Wars and was a District Champion in Cross country. She has been an All-State runner for three seasons. She is Captain of both the Cross Country and Basketball teams. She volunteers for the Special Olympics and Christian Friends of New Americans. She is a small group leader for middle schoolers at Concordia Lutheran Church and is active in the K-Life ministry. She is distinguished for her high GPA and is the Secretary of the Student Council, a member of the National Honor Society and President of the Spanish National Honor Society.
Miss Schelp will be presented with her award, December 12, at 6:30pm. Urgent Specialists, 14169 Manchester Road.
